We are looking to hire a highly organized Administrative Officer to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective office management. The Admin Officer will be responsible for handling administrative duties, including welcoming guests, answering phones, handling firm inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, schedule meetings and travel arrangements for staff.

Admin Officer Requirements:
■ Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, Philosophy, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
■Certification in customer service management is an added advantage.
■Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role.

Administrative Manager Requirements:
■Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, Philosophy, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
■Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
■Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
