URGENT HR VACANT IN LAGOS

 Role: HR ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Location: Lekki Phase 1

 

Responsibilities:
▪    Responsible for staff welfare and needs like work tools, ID Cards, medical  cards, complementary cards etc.
▪    Assist with Staff recruitment including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, deploying tests, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews.
▪    Responsible for Onboarding new hires
▪    Ensure all staff align with organizations policies and procedures
▪    Administers Organization benefits package
▪    Handle all staff leave applications, loan request, sick days, attendance monitoring,
▪    Administers Organization benefits package
▪    Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies
▪    Creating, updating, and maintaining records
▪    Manage office petty cash, prepare regular petty cash reports on expenses and office budgets
▪    Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

 

REQUIREMENTS:


▪    A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
▪    Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Administrative and HR functions
▪    A good knowledge of pay roll
▪    knowledge of necessary statutory and compliance regulations, both on the Federal and State level.
