Role: Employee Experience Coordinator (HR Lead):
The ideal candidate should have 3 – 5 years’ cognate experience in HR policies’ and processes’ development and change management.
This role is responsible for designing, managing and supporting the entire life cycle of staff members of the organization. S(he) will work closely with the Department Leads, and senior leadership to maximize the employee experience based on the organization’s value proposition.
